"I had an incident where the onboard computer told me one..." I had an incident where the onboard computer told me one of my tires were low. I stopped immediately to fill it and found a there was a leak. I called the dealership and the person who answered was not helpful. I called back and spoke with Luis. He helped every step of the way. As it was getting later in the day on Saturday and my tire wasn’t going to survive, he helped me reach out to MINI Roadside. Luis made a bad experience into a good one.

"very nice employees" good team, but $208 dollar labor charge 1 hour 45 min; oil change ($80 plus), air filter and brake line fluid. It seems a little pricey.
"Friendly service " Had to have my windshield replaced and wanted it done by dealer and not a glass service. Work was well done, car was washed and ready to go when promised.
My expecting wife and I had the pleasure and honor to meet Robin Cox. From the minute we walked through the service center doors to when we dropped off our loaner car, he kept us informed and up to date with everything that was being done. We went in for routine maintenance and he informed us of a possible issue. Long story short he took amazing care of us and exceeded our expectations. Extremely unethical salesman. The car I had scheduled a test drive on was sold before I arrived. I drove 100 miles - waste of my time.
I've had two experiences at this service department and both have been unprofessional and extremely unpleasant. The service department manager Luis is extremely unprofessional. When I gave him my warranty he literally rolled his eyes. He couldn't have been more dismissive or ride. The first time I paid out of pocket. I had to make 10 phone calls in which NONE were returned.. I would avoid this place like the plague. Morristown mini has been professional and helpful. Drive there if you can.

Matt Murphy at Daniels's BMW/Mini was very friendly and stayed late to let me take an X1 out for an additional drive before deciding to purchase. They quickly secured the car we wanted that was currently en route to the U.S. We love our new 2015 Valencia Orange X1 xDrive28i SAV. I feel like I am driving a race car. Warning!
