We had a great experience which started with many emails since we live 1.5 hrs away. Mike connected with us, sent info, answered all our questions with emails and phone calls and went out of his way to accommodate our schedule to come to the dealership. He was more than willing to work with us in every way. Thank you Mike and MINI for a wonderful experience and a great little car.
Matt, was very friendly and personable the minute we walked in the door. He went out of his way to get my wife the car she wanted with all the options she needed. He also made every effort to get me the biggest savings and best financing rate a valuable. I would recommend Mini of Allentown and Matt Murphy to anyone shopping for a Mini.
Salesman, Matt Murphy, was great to deal with. Explained and showed us how to work the car. Programmed several of the features for us too. Great customer service.
Lauren was a pleasure to work with. Her enthusiasm is contagious and being a Mini owner, she has first hand experience to share with first hand buyers. The dealership had our new car ready when we got there,so no waiting around. We got the papers signed and after Lauren went over the car with us , we were on our way.
I was very disappointed when I found out I couldn't get a purple Mini shirt because it was not available in my size. I was equally pleased when 1 week after I took delivery of my Mini Matt sent me a custom made shirt. I think this was an extra mile effort on his part to assure customer satisfaction.
Ken and I are very pleased with our Mini. We are also very impressed with Mini of Allentown. We had a problem with our Mini on the second day we owned it and Mini of Allentown not only fixed the car, but also Towed the car back to our house on Monday, it had been towed to Allentown on Sunday evening. Just received my NEW 2012 MINI Countryman today, 10/15/2011. Everyone at MINI of Allentown was just FANTASTIC, especially Lauren. She's a GREAT Motoring Advisor!!! Very personable & knowlegeable. The best new car buying experience we have ever had. Our salesperson, Matt Murphy, was wonderful--courteous, extremely knowledgeable and worked with us to make sure we got the right Mini.
