"Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable...." Last week I purchased my second Mini from Mini of Allentown! It was made very easy for me by Lauren! I explained what I wanted, and she showed me at least 6 cars right there that could fit the bill, plus we discussed new cars as well as pre-owned. I chose a pre-owned Mini Clubman, blazing red, and even was able to find out the story behind my"new" car, Mickey! Thank you, Lauren, and thank you, Mini of Allentown!
"Expedited and friendly " Went in to get service on my Mini. The waiting time was exactly as estimated and I spent the time in their nice “lounge” area enjoying a cup of good coffee with TV and magazines. Friendly staff and welcoming environment.
"Matt was great!" Matt was our salesperson and he was great, but everyone in the dealership was friendly and helpful even though we were Matt's clients. They provide a relaxed, no pressure sales environment. We visited multiple times just to test drive vehicles and never felt uncomfortable or pressured to buy. Matt answered all of our questions and kept in touch via email when he thought he might have a used car that fit our needs. I would highly recommend Mini of Allentown!

"Very professional service department." I am pleased with the service I received the last two yearly visits at Mini of Allentown. I brought our 2016 Cooper S Countryman for yearly inspection and maintenance service 2 years now. "Great Dealership" Recently purchased my second Mini from this dealership. The second purchasing experience was excellent, same as the first time. Salespeople are patient, friendly and accommodating. Trade-in and pricing were very reasonable, and financing terms were excellent. The service department has also always been friendly and efficient.
"Excellent Service Always" Never had a bad experience at MOA. Service and Sales are best in the business! I would highly recommend MINI of Allentown and their service department.
