Luis Rodriguez is unfailingly friendly, courteous and Very good at his job. He explains everything that's needed for my Mini Cooper S. Answers all questions and is never impatient. Everyone at the dealership I've dealt with is professional and very helpful. The wait time is generally what was estimated unless something unusual happens. I get a ride with Larry to the mall - and then a call when Mini is done and a ride back. Prices aren't even bad. I always feel safe when I left there. I highly recommend this dealership!! I take my mini to get serviced all the time. Luis Rodriguez is the BEST. He is conscientious, reliable 100% on top of his job and takes the best care of me. If it weren't for Luis I wouldn't have a mini. This is my 3rd minicooper and I attribute most of that to Luis. He is the best service manager I have ever had to deal with

Luis always goes out of his way to get my service done as fast as possible and always has my car washed even if i just come in to have a sensor turned off! He is a keeper!

Very pleased with the team of Mini of Allentown. Matt was my salesperson, polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and patient. He worked to get a great deal for me. I love my 2-door S. We met Keith, who helped with the sale and was also very knowledgeable and charming. Rick the"Moneyman" made the usual painful financial exchange, easy, quick, and relaxing. Jolene here is really helpful and fantastic. She listens to what are my needs and meet them for me. She is not trying to sell a car, she is helping me to figure out what I want and what is the best for me. It is not like doing a business, but making bonds with mini. She is very patient and considerate, not pushing me to make a decision and close the deal. Jolene is the best. If I going to buy another mini or BMW in the future, I will definitely choose Mini of Allentown.

I bought a used MINI Cooper from this dealership. It was still under manufacturer's warranty, and it came with an extended warranty. MINI of Allentown did not disappoint. The car is dependable (not to mention fun to drive), affordable, and the service is great. Loaner cars are available, which is a big help, and service is fast. I had to use roadside assistance once, due to a flat, and that worked out very easily and quickly. If there's a problem, they fix it. I have owned the car for almost three years now. Robin was extremely helpful in accommodating me and providing quality services on my mini. He was able to attend to other minor details that I wasn’t sure could be fixed. These were important to me bc it takes me an hour (one way) to get to this dealership. So any little thing goes a long way with me!
