"Excellent " The staff were polite, and explained what had to be done to my car very well. The waiting area is comfortable and the restroom is clean.

Service department is ALWAYS top notch!! They KNOW what they are doing (unlike another mini dealer where I purchased my mini). I drive pretty far to come here and this dealership is well worth the drive! I LOVE Luis, Robin, and the unknown named team that physically works on my car! Thank you for your AWESOME customer service EVERY time! (Robin sacrificed his break time to check me in as I was almost an hour early for my appointment. I REALLY appreciated that gesture.)
Service at this Mini dealership is always to the highest quality. I’ve never had an issue getting serviced there! Very friendly, always positive, always goes over everything with the customer as far as the service provided and is always done in a timely manner. I love going to this location. Provide refreshments for those who are waiting and check in and update on status. I wish every service center was like this!

Working with Matt and MINI of Allentown was such a pleasure! I went to MINI on a busy Saturday, and Matt took the time to not only take me on test drives with a few vehicles, but show me the specs of each vehicle. Follow up was excellent, and I purchased a week later. Delivery was quick and I was on my way. As a first time MINI owner, I will certainly be a repeat customer of MINI of Allentown!
