I am so glad I moved and had to find a closer dealer for warranty service. Going into MINI of Allentown and working with Robin and Luis for the past 3 years has been a dream. They listen! I mean Really listen and understand what I'm trying to relay in my layman's language. These two gentlemen have great friendly personalities and are assets to the MINI group. My appointment was for routine maintenance oil change, filters etc. I was told it would take about 2 to 3 hours and I was out the door in under 2. They also replaced the battery in my remote which I would not have expected. Fast efficient and courteous I couldn't have asked for more.
Great service. Replaced my windshield fluid container--under warranty and replaced a belt that was cracked. Truly appreciate how they take care of my car and me.
