I got an appointment in a couple of days and was greeted and taken earlier than my quoted time ( nice).They went over what was needed and also identified that i could have my inspection done and it wouldn't take any more time than expected. I did have time constraints and was worried that they couldn't finish all the work in time but was pleasantly surprised. they finished a little early and I was on my way. Great job and it made my day to get it done so quick and efficiently. Thanks.

Luis went over and above the call of duty to help us. He explained everything to us and took care of a lingering problem that was annoying us. He also has a warm and friendly personality.

Even though Mini of Allentown is over 90 minutes away, it's still worth the trip for the excellent quality of service that I receive on my 2011 Mini Countryman. Luis Rodriguez is usually my service adviser, and I feel he does the best job, going above & beyond. Daniels BMW & MINI are truly blessed to have this man working for them!

Technician was professional and courteous. Reviewed work done on car. Very helpful with explanations of what was completed. Wait time was fair and very comfortable seating area.

Already had a vehicle picked out with my requirements. Answered all my questions and made sure the system was working with my cell phone. Made sure my tags were installed on my new vehicle along with front plate for Submarine Service.

Yesterday, while traveling , I hit a retread from a tractor trailer while driving my Minii Countryman. Immediately, I sensed that some damage to my car occurred with this event. I drove to Daniels Mini and Service Manager, Luis Rodriguez was extremely helpful. He had a service tech on the car to assess the damage and I was on my way within 2 hours. Thanks Luis.

Took my Mini for a routine oil change and inspection and mentioned that engine light had illuminated briefly a few days prior to visit. Service advisor was concerned and performed a fault survey check. Was told right away that the fault survey check would take some additional time and if not convenient, a loaner vehicle would be available. Thankfully, my car was ready in the time expected and a loaner was not necessary. Great service!
