My wife was ecstatic with her purchase of a new Copper S. Kay is fantastic! She is very knowledgable, processional and friendly. She made the experience of buying a new car enjoyable and stress free. My Lexus suffered catastrophic engine failure earlier in the week. I found myself needing to buy a car with no planning and no preparation. Absolutely the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Everyone in the dealership is friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and special. We came to the dealership just to look. We were greeted with a welcoming friendly atmosphere. Our salesman David listened to what we were looking for and after narrowing down our likes and dislikes he was able to find the perfect car for us. The whole experience was very positive. Kay was very helpful. We were able to work out a satisfactory trade in for my 2005 Mini and did a great job of explaining the new when I took delivery. I highly recommend Kay as an excellent professional.
