The friendliness and sense of humor were absolutely unbeatable. Mini is less stress anyway because of its no-haggle pricing, but the whole process here felt like it was meant to put us at ease and get us what we wanted. I was especially surprised to see on this site that Northwest Mini had an almost identical rating. Our experiences with them have been far less positive than what we experienced here. Chuck was great, both professionally and at making me feel valued as a customer. I would recommend him to any one who was buying a mini. I will deal with him when I need something handled. Damon Lockwood was also excellent.
David and Damon were kind, patient, low key in their dealings with a somewhat anxious customer. I had needed and wanted to replace my 2002 Mini, but was avoiding doing so, not looking forward to the car-shopping experience. I was moving from Florida to Seattle and everything had to be done over the phone or internet which can get difficult but everyone was very helpful and my MINI is awesome!
Kay was very helpful in the test drive and selection of the vehicle. Clean dealership with lots of cool toys. I look forward to working with this dealer for required service and referrals although competition is limited in this region for MINI's.
Kay was great to deal with. She was very straight forward, prompt and courteous. She made this a very east process from start to finish.
Very positive atmosphere thoughout the dealership reflecting the Mini reputation. Attention to detail and personal interest is a priority for entire transaction.
