I had a fantastic experience with MINI! I had brought in my older 2003 in for some pretty large maintenance issues and my service team was awesome. I received a loaner on the spot and the service team always kept me in the loop. They also worked with me to connect with my insurance as necessary! Very helpful! We have purchased 4 MINIs previously-- and have been very pleased with the service and atmosphere wherever we went. This was our first purchase at Seattle MINI-- and we were also very pleased. Dave was very timely in his responses, and accurate in his information. I appreciated his relaxed demeanor-- yet he was also 'no nonsense' and very on the ball. After a great lunch with friends on Labor Day I decided to stop at Seattle Mini to see if they had the Mini I wanted (third trip to the dealership to browse their inventory). My entire experience at Seattle Mini was excellent. I first came in to test drive, there was no pressure, and I genuinely felt that the sales team was looking to find a car that best suited me.
