I recently leased a new 2015 4 door Mini cooper from Seattle Mini and had a great experience. Starting with Kay McMillen who is the best sales person around to the finance and admin staff they couldn't have been more friendly, helpful and attentive to all our needs. All of the follow up emails are a really nice touch too. I would certainly recommend Seattle Mini for anyone who's in the market for a new car.
Awesome: awesome salesperson (best ever), awesome car, awesome showroom, awesome experience, My son bought a car from Kay a few years back, so I knew she was going to be attentive, pleasant, knowledgable and get me a great deal. I forgot how hard she works from when I walked in the store to when I left with a new car. Actually the work started months ago when we started talking about the countryman. She helped me figure out the perfect car for me (small, but not too small and lots of power for that go cart feeling).
The last new car I purchased was a Mini Cooper in 2002 in Salt Lake City and drove it home to break it in over the 1200+ miles. Thirteen years later (almost to the day), 240k miles, a couple of clutches and a new engine (plus lots of other old age tweaks), I walked into Seattle Mini to have the oil changed, without any notion of getting a new car. I just drove home in my BRAND NEW MINI and LOVE IT! Kay was absolutely perfect! She sat down with me and helped me go through all the options when building my car.
