We purchased a pre-owned MINI yesterday from Jenna at Seattle MINI and the whole experience was top notch. Jenna knows the cars front to back and inside out. She did a great job showing the car and providing a detailed explanation of all controls and features. I've never had a better car demonstration. I purchased a 2012 Mini S Coupe from this dealer; Kate was very friendly and great to work with. Seattle Mini is a fun, relaxing atmosphere with fun engaging personnel (I love the picture of me and my new Mini with Glen and Kate’s associate photo bombing the pic… it’s awesome!) I purchased a MiniCooper about a week ago. Originally a saleswoman named Kay spoke with me and researched the stock to find a great new car for me. After driving other cars in other dealerships I returned and was referred to Kate since it was Kay's day off . I asked for a test drive. Everything went very well. What a well organized and friendly dealer. I had such a great experience working with Dave Wolf. I emailed him in the morning and drove my dream car home in the evening. He made sure I know how to turn the lights on and organize my favorite radio station, I drank the kool aid. I am a Mini owner for life. :)
Seattle MINI is a class act! Great service. Chuck Hill was great. Answered all of our questions anytime. Glenn Wolf was fine to work with, though we didn't expect to have to listen to the many "service's" available for purchase. We were a bit put off by this because we had told Chuck exactly what we wanted and he had that info and numbers all ready for us.
