I purchased a new 2015 Mini from Seattle Mini, this was not my reason for visiting the dealership as I went to replace a tire! This was our 4th car purchased from this dealership. We had a different sales person each time but the experience was really great each time. Kay McMillen advocated for us to reach the selling price. She spent a lot of time answering our questions and worked hard to find the car that was right for us.
Kay was, of all things, likable and fair. She recognized that both parties needed to come away feeling like a good deal was done. She met the numbers that my daughter needed to make a fair deal on a Coupe S. As a car guy, I came away with a new respect for the Mini in terms of build quality and a really solid feel in the cabin and on the road. We were fortunate to get Kay, and relieved that the Mini is as nice as we'd hoped.
Thank you Kay- I love my new mini. After having experienced some high pressure sales and macho BS at other dealerships it was a pleasure to come to Seattle Mini. To have a woman serve me and be very knowledgeable was fantastic. I felt relaxed and able to clarify exactly what I wanted. Kay and the financing dept worked with me to find a car I love at a price I could afford. The personal service, comfortable showroom with snacks, coffee and friendly staff made it a relaxed and stress free experience.
We've always loved Minis but thought it wasn't possible. Kay not only helped my 6'5" partner and I find our perfect car, she educated us when other dealers would've pushed what would never have worked for us. We had a budget to work within, and she was pleasant, sincere and never lost her smile (Trust me, I thought we were difficult.) But Kay understood our goals.
