This is my second Mini purchase and because of Kay, this car purchase was the best experience I've ever had. Kay is knowledgeable, engaging and fun and gets the job done without being pushy or manipulative. Dealerships sell the same vehicles but it is the Customer Service and Sales team that makes for an Outstanding Dealership and Alae and his team have done that for Seattle Mini. I had went to Seattle Mini back in March 2015 and the experience was less than par to what I think Mini standards should be. The dealership is great and my salesperson, Kay, was great. Not pushy, very patient and very knowledgable. Got everything set up quickly and efficiently and I love my new car.
The sales team is very casual and relaxed when negotiating the trade-in and purchase price of your new car. We absolutely enjoy this sales "style" and it brings us back for the third purchase of a Mini. However, we are very disappointed that the dealership would not extend the Loyalty Program Discount when paying cash rather than financing the car. Kay McMillen is an excellent sales person. She answered all questions and made the buying process easy and fun. Alicia and Logan did excellent also. Overall a very pleasant experience.
I enjoyed my time, shopping at Seattle Mini, and then purchasing my new Mini Cooper Countryman. The sales people at Seattle Mini were pleasant to deal with, and did not try to pressure me into making a purchase I was not completely happy with. I would certainly buy my next vehicle at Seattle Mini, and I would enjoy working again with Kay McMillen, who spent a good part of a day, ensuring that I was completely satisfied with my purchase.
I'm very happy with the entire process at Seattle-Mini. Michael handles the Costco deals, so there was no negotiating about price - just a set amount below MSRP. He was very patient, spent hours with us looking through their entire inventory & going through all the options. We ended up ordering from factory. When it arrived, everything was as it should be.
