This was a much more pleasant experience than I was expecting. Both sales people I worked with were very nice and helpful with no pressure. Kay especially was very nice and informative. The finance part was not too long and there was no pressure there either.
This was my first time leasing a car and Kay McMillen made the process easy, simple, and fun. The entire team was very warm and friendly. They made me feel like a part of the family.
Overall I was very happy with my experience at Seattle Mini. I found Kay McMillen to be, not only incredibly educated on all things Mini, but very friendly and straight-forward in her sales approach. She was more than busy the day I went in to buy the car which means it was hard to get her full attention at the time. I understand the challenges of balancing many clients and duties all at once, but for me, dropping this amount of money on a brand new car deserves a little bit more one-on-one attention. This was my second car purchase at Seattle Mini after buying my first new Mini here back in 2010. I found Kay to be extremely knowledgeable on this visit. She took the time to make sure we located a suitable vehicle with the features that were most important to me. We quickly found a 2012 Certified Mini Next vehicle with a beautiful blue exterior. Shopping for a new car is never easy. Pulled into Seattle MINI and met Bill. He is amazing and made the car experience quite easy. I even left a CD in my traded in car and he quickly called me to let me know it was available. I would buy/lease from Bill again and again.
