I had a bad experience about a month ago when buying my 3rd Mini Cooper. I drove from Maine to Bedford NH, 7hr round trip, to buy a car. I had exchanged 6 emails with the sales manager on Saturday. I said I was coming Monday morning. I got there Monday, test drove the car, went in to buy it and the sales manager told me it was sold. I was furious. Drove 2 hours from Maine for a recall repair. Service was excellent and quick, waiting area was lovely, the plethora of Minis in the showroom and parking lot was fun, and they washed and vacuumed my car (despite a vicious rain storm ongoing). Wish they were closer but it was well worth the trip. Just what we all expect and appreciate from Mini dealerships.
Super friendly service staff. They explained all repairs before doing them, and the price seemed reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised that they could do all necessary repairs on the same day, and had the car washed and ready for me before the estimated time.
I found a car I was interested in and contacted Cliff at the dealership. He sent me photos and we agreed on a price. I drove down from the Bangor Maine area and the car was all ready for me. I spent about 10 minutes signing papers and was on my way. It was a very easy and pleasant experience and I love the car. Cliff even took care of registering the car for me. I highly recommend this dealership.
John went through hoops to get me the exact car I wanted. He persevered despite all the red tape. He was so pleasant, not pushy (the opposite one imagines for a car salesman). I highly recommend this dealership, from sales to finances. I am a happy camper. Thank you, John and all!
