RecommendedMini of Bedford has outstanding staff all of the way from sales to maintenance. Each staff member goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, including Van in sales, and Ed West in maintenance. I have purchased three minis from this dealership, and would not hesitate to recommend them.
Nice facility helpful sales staff, service department does okay. I'm not sure that I always agree with the findings. I've been having trouble with alignment since rebuilding one side of the rear. No one has been able to clearly identify the source and I had hoped Mini would be able to succeed. They did catch that my window washer sensor needs replacing but missed that the tire sensor system is not functioning properly. Nice place, I will go back, I tend to listen with a critical ear.

Ed in the service dept. has always been awesome. I am able to bring my car in at a time convenient for me and back out when promised. The waiting area is clean and comfortable.
Shout out to the awesome customer service at MINI of Bedford! The sales department is the best I've ever experienced at a dealership. No pressure at all. Rob Peterson was awesome to work with! Also, the service department is amazing and washes our cars every time, even for just an inspection.
Went in with a minor problem and no appointment and was in and out in less than 30 minutes with no charge. Awesome place for service.
