RecommendedMy wife and I just purchased two minis we are very happy. The people there are great we had our 3 year old son with us and he is a terrorist. They never got mad at us if they did they never said anything. I would recommend any person looking for a new or used car to check them out. Got out of work early,around lunchtime,phoned service Dept regarding tire rotation & oil change for 10k checkup on my extended maintenance warranty,Michael took me right in & i was ready to go in no time at all.Looked briefly at a used Paceman,but was advised to wait a bit ,so I will.Always a pleasure to do business with the entire staff there.
I have bought two minis from this dealership and they have both gone without a hitch. Cliff is extremely helpful and easy to work with. The service department is excellent and Ed is great to work with.. Most of my visits are for routine service and I've never had other service issues. I generally wait in their comfortable customer area, which offers free drinks and snacks. Overall, the best dealership I've ever dealt with.
