I had a difficult sales experience to start off the year and purchased a car that I really wasn't happy with. The Mini was a nice car, but it just wasn't what I wanted. The Mini of Bedford Sales team worked with me and found the car of my dreams at a price I could afford! Am I a happy customer? You betcha!
Just bought my second Mini Countryman from Mini of Bedford. John Misuraca was my sales associate, and he was excellent. It is always a top-notch experience at Mini of Bedford, from the sales staff, to the business managers, to the parts department and to the service department. I recently was looking for a used mini convertible. It was meant to be a 2nd car for the warmer months and my price range was not in the realm of a newer vehicle. Went in for my oil change and left with my state inspection a month early and new winter tires! Great deal and great service. Ed is always a huge help and makes our visits great!
John went out of his way to bring a car from the Peabody store up to Bedford so we could test drive it. Since we were a confirmed appointment another customer was denied the pleasure of test driving the car before we arrived. Easy to work with via email and text to get the options we wanted as well as setting up appointments. The car was a great deal and has been super fun to drive.
