"Yeah, these guys lived up to our expectations sorting out..." Yeah, these guys lived up to our expectations sorting out a braking problem that should have been covered under warranty. I had to fight to get it taken care of but when they did, they treated my partner with respect and grace. We chose this dealership over downtown mini because, truthfully the service there is horrendous. Vaughn Mini (Michael in particular) made up for it.
"Horrible Experience" Went in to have battery checked. Manager's attitude was bad as soon as I walked in. Kept asking him what's wrong with my battery and if it needed to be replaced and asked about charges, and he kept saying the crew was still checking after the technician took my car inside for 2 hours. Then suddenly he told me the invoice total of over $1000 + HST. But he hasn't even told me what needed to be done the whole time. "Painful and depressing and expensive" Second time changing brakes. First time cost $1200. Last service $680. Ridiculous since it was only at 16,000 kilometres. Pretty much every year. Service Center is a depressing place to be. The TV is blaring and competing with the worst love music station. Infuriating. O
"Had service done in the midst of lock down due to..." Had service done in the midst of lock down due to Covid-19 excellent process. You book an appt and then fill out a form on an envelope to drop your keys in a box. When they called me I gave my payment info and because I had a spare set of keys they were able to lock my keys into the car with the paperwork. I picked up at my leisure with zero contact. Perfect under the circumstances!
"Service for my mini" worst dealer I ever met.If you have problem in your mini they will try to squeeze out your hard earned money and that work is not even guaranteed.I rate them zero.
"Bad Experience" I had appointment today for replacement of the flat tire. I called them yesterday in service then they transferred me to parts and explained the issue, was asked for tire specifications and then they said I can come in anytime. The gentlemen on the phone also said that I will get shuttle for pick up and drop. As, he was not sure if long the service will take. "Customer service was a joke! Don’t go here" My friends would concider me the most honest out of our group, so believe me when I say i was not helped at least, all other customers in there were frustrated and angry. And the guy at the front desk was so mono tone and didn’t seem to care about your problem just to put you aside to help the other angry customers, they don’t listen to you and cause more of a headache then solutions, this place is a joke. "Shuttle Service sucks! wouldn't Recommend " Just had my Car serviced here a couple days ago i called in Advance and told them i need a shuttle for work, they told me the shuttle comes every 15 minutes. after i brought my vehicle in i was told the shuttle doesn't come every 15 minute but 45 minutes. i asked why was i promised every 15. the adviser said he doesn't know. and told me i could rent a car for 30$ a day or gave me a taxi number. i called a taxi.. i felt like this could of been avoided but wasn't.. i lost an hour fr... read more
