"Slow on service , big on promises , high on price" They can do an oil change in an hour. But the guys at the service desk will take another hour to get you your bill and keys. They smile a lot and talk a good game but watch you bill. They are higher prices then most. I brought my mini in for a new clutch. They promised. It in 2 days, it took 9. Then they offered me 10% off to help pay for the cat they rented for me. Somehow , I just don't think they get it.
"Check Engine = Multiple Malfunctions" March 15, 2016, 2:20pm: Service ran a diagnostic on my key. Coolant leaking, maybe thermostat needs to be replaced, and spark plugs needs to be replaced. "Where to being?... After less than a year of having my..." Where to being?... After less than a year of having my new MINI cooper I noticed that I had moisture build up in my head light. I contacted the Service Dept to schedule an appointment to have only 1 option available to me that fit my schedule which was Saturday's at 8 am. "He is a liar. They have horrible hours. No courtesy car..." He is a liar. They have horrible hours. No courtesy car on a mini cooper classic STILL under warranty, had timing chain problem, oil in the car was worse than TAR, had to walk home, after 4 days of complaining got a courtesy car, after $2000 plus in work(covered under warranty) they kept the oil in and didnt change it.
