Two hours waiting no information no coffee ,water. Wrong statements/ i got it for different person/ .Car wash very bad. .No saved my setup....My first visit and i hope last in Yours services.
Couldn’t even get a callback to get an appointment for assessing a problem; 2 weeks later I had to get the car towed in. Had to keep calling to the last minute before arranging some alternative transportation to work that afternoon. Finally got a call back saying a rental would be ready at a certain time if I could get myself to the dealership somehow. When I got there, they started calling for the rental to come. I would’ve been late for work had I not arranged alternative transportation
I really wish I can say good things, ‘cause I’m satisfied with my MINI. But the service itself is really subpar: the agent is very inexperienced - missing paperwork, fail to process payment, cannot keep conversations going (felt even more awkward than getting trapped in an elevator with strangers) we have to drive back and forth for errors that could be easily avoided if my sales can just put a bit more effort in serving clients.

I leave the car here for four weeks, they can not figure out what’s going on, and finally said that was my fault. I didn’t do anything to the car, they said I tuned the car before. And also ordered the wrong head unit for letting me waiting for two more weeks.

I am anxious to hear how my prolonged service appoints (weeks & weeks) will result in my satisfaction as with the invoice I have received it was an annuity for the dealership. "Not been having the best experience since last 3 visits...." Not been having the best experience since last 3 visits. Takes 30-45 minutes to book appointments. I was told the after sale service is great but it’s completely opposite. Would rate 1/10.
"The inspection was half assed done. They Broke my hood..." The inspection was half assed done. They Broke my hood latch and then charged me $154 to diagnose the issue. Sent a report with quotes on only 1 of 5 issues found. I am not happy.

Great that they found out that my other winter tire was put on in opposite direction that needs to be reverse. As I got out of the dealership, I thought all the while that I was ready for the winter.
