I do not recommend this place. It’s a complete rip off and all they want is your money....and A LOT OF IT. I brought my dog in through the ER dept. at the office. She had been sick for about 9 days. Swollen and painful neck/jaw area and had run fever off and on. I brought her in along with her records from 3 visits to my vet, and a CD of her X-Ray. After examination by our emergency doctor an in-house consultation with our surgeon was performed between other surgeries. We had to put our 8 year old girl down yesterday. I think the emergency team could have done a better job explaining the process. We had to stand in a very busy area and try to fit into a very small area to say bye to our dog. Collectively, we all could have done better. Sad way for a doggy to go and for family going thru a vary difficult time to be seen by all staff.

Upset with my experience. Was recommended by a vet clinic, however, when I get there I’m told it may be 2 hours before my dog is seen because they are changing shifts. When my dog is finally taken back to do vitals, I’m left in waiting room and told I will be called back once room available. Once I’m called back to room, they had already assessed my dog, and my dog is no where to be found. I didn’t get to see her again until it was time to leave. This place sucks....very slow and apologetic...3hours one doctor on duty ....I will never come here again.
In it for the money and not your pets best interest.
Went to the Emergency Vet because my rescue dog was limping badly, only got vitals done... no one even came to check on us. Terrible experience. It used to be a wonderful Pet Emergency... for almost 4 hours we sat there, with everyone in the waiting room was asking, “Is your dog okay?” She’s was in distress and was hyperventilating... no one even came out to say how much longer it will be. They took my baby girl in right away, told us her vitals were normal, waited over 2 hrs with no updates. When we asked to just leave they put us in a room w/my dog the saying the Dr just checked her out & would be right in. 30 more mins go by & still no Dr. So we paid $78 & never even talked to a Dr. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
