Please, don’t take your dogs for emergency to this clinic , I went for emergency c-section, after two hours still nothing and they had not call the surgeon , I had to take my girl and rush to Sonterra Emergency Clinic, action was done immediately, this was a real emergency, I talk to three tech vet, never in the two hours told me that the surgeon was not in the clinic, also the price was ridiculous for a c-section, I can go on and on

The care was adequate. But the price, dear god! It started off being $300 - $450 but by the time we were finished it was close to $770. My dog was hurting and Banfield recommended them and I was desperate to heal our Z. The staff was friendly and professional but still the price!

Our visit took FOREVER....for no apparent reason. When I asked questions the front office attendant seemed to think I would understand her inaccurate statements more, the louder she spoke. We will never return

My pet died on 4/30 at the care of Mission Veterinary Specialist. She came out of surgery fine, which was performed by Dr. Moorer, however died hours later. First the Dr stated blood clots, then changed the story that she aspirated. Then to add assault to injury, they did not want to refund me the nearly $3000 down payment I paid just for them to perform the surgery. This place is unethical and lacks compassion and empathy. How can someone who is supposed to be compassionate about the animals they care for seriously tell someone the they need to put their dog down if they can't pay them $1500 right now. Whatever happened to helping the patient first? What about payment plans? If it was your child and a doctor told you that, what would you do? In my opinion it doesn't matter how good others think they are, if they have doctors working there with this kind of attitude, then they need to be out down themselves!
