Nightmare that lasted months. It started with a chipped front tooth I needed repaired. Horrible experience. Went and got a new set of dentures. Took them home, after chewing I kept biting my cheek and tongue. Brought them back told them what was going on. The girl in the office called the person who made my dentures at the Land O Lakes office and had her on speakerphone when she told her what was going on the girl who was on speakerphone, started to cuss while I was in the room upset that I was there trying to get them readjusted so that they fit better. Go to another place for any cosmetic work… I went originally because of an infection in my front tooth, they recommend I get my previous root canal retreated. This is where the issues started. They told me they had to remove my front crown and make a new one which I did not want to do because I did not think they would match the color properly and stated this to them. Worst experience ever at the Tampa location. I called looking for emergency dental care in need of a dentist that offered sedation. I was in immense pain. The person who answered the phone told me that the Doctor Who administered it sedation was not at that location today, but the dentist will take care of my pain until I could have whatever extraction or root canal that I would need. Had a cleaning done and was given a price breakdown prior to the cleaning. After my insurance my part was to be $30, they added extras to my cleaning without my knowledge and charged me 4 times amount
