Confirmed appointment for my daughter was called by Claudia and told they didn’t have a doctor to perform the exam and she would have to wait an additional two weeks for a new appointment after taking the time off. Extremely rude office staff. Would not recommend. Claudia just lost a family of 5 patients for your office.
RecommendedI would not drive almost 1 hour each way to see Dr. Lake in the Valrico office if I wasn’t happy with him and your staff.
My husband had an appointment today in the Seminole location and they told us he was in the wrong office. So my husband said to the receptionist that no one told him it was in the St Pete office. He asked her to please call them and she said she didn’t have time to. Then he asked her for his medical records and she she again said she didn’t have time. My husband says then email them to me. They are thieves. The office manager is an idiot. They say one thing and then do another. Honestly the worst customer service here. I would definitely not at all recommend. I get there are not a lot of good employees to hire right now but at least try to get ppl with some decent customer service skills. I am very disappointed in what I thought was going to be a good dentist as I am new to the area. I had the free exam and the free x-rays. The dentist she said that I may need some periodontal deep cleaning and a few cavities to be filled. I just tried making an appointment to get a cleaning I was informed that I couldn’t do a normal cleaning it had to be the periodontal cleaning . RecommendedDo not go! Absolutely horrible! I had gone here in June of 2020 and it has become a nightmare. The reception staff is borderline rude and very misleading with their information. I got the run around for scheduling appointments (which by the way they are over six months out because they can't seem to catch up since the pandemic-excuses). I was told my appointment was for a cleaning and a filling when in fact it was for only a cleaning and I had to make another appointment for the filling, so I wasted the one 5mg valum they ga... read more
HORRIBLE SERVICE, WORST EXPERIENCE
Cancelled my teeth cleaning three times !!!!! I pay for dental insurance to get my teeth cleaned every 6 months and with them cancelling three times now they are wasting my money and time !!! The staff was very unfriendly and non apologetic. Would never recommend !!

My daughter, a single mom with a 7yr. old son with a life threatening illness was taken advantage by monticciolo dentistry to the tune of $12000. My daughter , to this day, has a swollen mouth & can not chew. All monticciolo says is give us more money. we dont guarantee . I am a 71 yr old disabled Viet nam era U .S. Marine. My daughter has had numerous surgery's and almost died from kidney failure.
