they overcharged my wife after she paid cash for her dental work her crown almost $450 she's been fighting for a month and a half now trying to get that money back now they're claiming it was an upgraded Crown which was never charged never mentioned it's a total lie and insurance company is not helping her so stay away from this piece of s*** God damn thieves

I started feeling pain on Sunday in my bottom molar. I called to get an appointment. They saw me on Tuesday (9/19). Laura told me she set me up for a root canal on Thursday (9/21) at 10 in the Land o Lakes office. I receive a text on Wednesday saying my appointment has been confirmed for (9/28). Everytime you go back for appointment your asked for more money even though your paperwork says paid in full. Our bill went from 13,000 to 19,000 now they said they need more money for parts? Guess that's how they cover all the free dental they do sometimes to make them look good.
Takes a year to get appointment. They cancel appointments without telling you. Now they say they don't take my insurance anymore. Very poor service!!
I would highly recommend avoiding the Monticciolo Dentistry Spring Hill location. Not all their locations provide the quality of dentistry care as advertised. My 8 months of care at the Spring Hill location was less than sub-par. From the quality of care to their level of communication was unacceptable.
Ashley the office manager at the Tampa location is ill tempered and rude. She treats patients poorly and is unable to do her job. She had a complete meltdown while I was in the office. My wife and I were embarassed for her. This company is impossible to recieve a call back from regarding feedback. I have left several messages for the regional manager, Jennifer, as well as the happydentisty email account. No one will get back to me. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
My daughter went there there last year for x-rays and cleaning,they told her they didn't have a hygienist. She was given an appointment for this week and I just got a call that they canceled it because they don't have a hygienist. My husband also has waited a year and his cleaning appointment, that was also canceled. Is very unprofessional to call 2 days before after waiting a year for a cleaning appointment. what a Shit Show of a Dental Company! The Office Manager and Staff at the Spring Hill Location are a BUNCH of BAFFONS!!!! They have screwed up several times with my wife's appointments and today did the same so my wife got out of the chair and walked out!!! We will now be customers at Ackley Dental now.
