Completely unhappy was given the runaround then told that they didn’t wanna work on my teeth and couldn’t even refer me to a specialist! Complete waste of time!
Unfortunately they can't get their appointments straight and they take no responsibility for their mistake. I have a card for an appointment today for my husband to have a filling done and I was nonchalantly told there was no appointment for him today because Dr.Monticciolo isn't even in as if it was my mistake. Then I was curtly told the appointment is for March 30th but I was so aggravated I didn't even listen to the time and we left.
no handicap parking makes it difficult
The dental surgery they preform is fine, however... they cannot make dentures to save their lives. I have 2 sets, temp and perm, the temps never fit right, they said that was normal. Got my perm set from them, they wax mold was great looked good, they made them...… totally messed up, the teeth are so small on the inside they are totally useless to even try to bite, chew, or eat anything with. I use to love this place until tece tly. Had a terrible experience at their Hudson office. My bridge broke and I made an appointment with the Hudson office since it was way closer to my home. The receptionist was informed that my bridge was originally done at the New Port Richey office. I took a day off from work since half of my tooth is now exposed. I waited for at least 30 minutes to be taken in even tho I was on time for my appointment. Someone showed up very late for theirs and they took them before me.....when I final... read more
My treatment plan would have cost me $5400. for a cracked tooth, the plan included cleanings, a root canal, gum surgery and a crown. I paid $1100 up front for a root canal then cancelled the appointment to get a second opinion. Thank goodness I did, turns out I did not need a root canal nor did I need gum surgery. I paid $895.00 for a crown. Getting my $1100 refunded has been a fiasco. Apparently if you pay using a debit card, the office does not credit your card, they write you a check. My father had an infection in ONE tooth. He was told that he needed ALL of this teeth pulled with a price of over 12,000. No other options were discussed with him. He is a retired disabled veteran who’s wife (my mom) passed away a few years ago. He is on a fixed income and had no insurance. We were told if he could not afford their price he could always go to a clinic but he would lose all of his teeth.
