Excellent dental staff and doctors. Office assistant manager Janice however has little to no customer service skills. Prefers arguing and the sound of her own voice. She should not be allowed to deal with patient's or billing because she clearly has no working knowledge of how to do either. This office has no billing manager apparently. Someone needs to explain to her that there are lots of other dentist around and that every customer is important. Will be taking my family to another practice from now on.

I am new to Florida and wheelchair disabled. My spouse went first to ask questions and see how handicapped accessible, professional, and clean it was before I went. We thought it was a good place for me until I just went there. They did not even acknowledge me. The front desk staff spoke to my spouse while ignoring me. I was right there!
