I was quoted $1159 cash option and I went forward with my questions and booking. Then when I clicked the link to pay it said $1719. I did not understand the discrepancy so I questioned in the chat and they told me they made a mistake and were in 2 chats at the same time and quoted me the wrong price. I did not appreciate that at all. I expected to pay my quote provided of $1159. Price quoted first was higher then I told them about competition then they reduced the price not a good practice
Somehow this order got all messed up - OPEN instead of CLOSED truck, pickup and dropoff addresses lost. NO customer service. I will cancel this if it seems to be messed up later today.
the website is flaky - items jump around. Not user friendly.
Great that I can get in touch with someone over the phone without difficulty. Terrible experience that I have waited multiple days for a pick up time. I have been unable to make plans to fly home. I still dont know on the day of pick up if I have a carrier and what time theyre coming. Incredibly inconvenient. And people on phone are not good about setting expectations.

My car was not picked up when scheduled and it still has not been delivered a days after it was scheduled. The communication on status of our car delivery was very poor, kept changing the estimated date of delivery .
I shipped a Ferrari covered and will never use Montway again for any of my sports cars. First haul showed up - it was enclosed but soft side so vehicle did arrive dirty (after I had it detailed days before the trip). On the return it was a 2 vehicle hard side and I should have known when he asked me how much the car cost that it was not a driver I would select.
