No one will answer me. I want to ship my car. I need to schedule it immediately.
Stupid Staff
I tried all day to call I was on hold twice for over 30 minutes
Waiting on phone for customer service was over 40 minutes and there was no response.
I was promised my cars would be picked up by today and they keep telling me they are still looking for someone. No one has any eagerness to help when I call.
Poor communication and lack of transparency. I’ve submitted my payment information for 3 days without any communication
In just a few days, the rate went from $1100 to $1200 to $1260. It shouldn't be a problem to extend a quote a few days.
I requested Delivery by May22 not pickup no one to receive after the 22nd . I will have to cancel if is best you can do. Also I have to fill in all the info several times Why ? Suppose to be easier. Should I cancel?
