Said I was paying cash and they wouldn’t come until I paid by CC. Said they’d be here on the 30th but won’t arrive until 7/1.
Montly kept insisting to call me back for a refund, but no calls. I called 7+ days every day and never got a call back. Very unprofessional.
Not happy…… your company is not able to process my credit card info. I provided two different cards including my Bank of America card! I even spent 1 hour on hold to get through to my bank and they verified the card is not blocked……
To be concise * issues with pick up date. *I got an email from montway stating pick up was 6/15-16 when I request for 6/15 as I needed it picked up before the work week started. *the driver called e on 6/14 to pick up the car that day and I had to contact a montway rep to get everything cleared up. *driver said montway never notified him of the pick up date. *it took the car 10 days to be delivered to the desired location when I was told it would be 3-5 days. *The driver had to turnover my vehicle to a new truck due to an ac... read more
I had trouble getting thru on the phone
Date requested for pickup and delivery are not being honored. Lied to by staff about changes being made.
So far okay but you wouldn't take two credit cards for payment and your pickup window of 5 days is too wide for me.
Patricia is very rude and short with responses.
So far, your system is extremely redundant, I entered my in and requested transport, finalized... then you send me to a "live chat" to confirm, where are bot asks me for all my info again, and after that a live person comes on and asks for my info all over! Very frustrating!
