I have used Montway in the past with no issues. This last job did not go well at all. The pick up of the car the window we were given was 3-6. Then we were told he was 15 miles away and would it was pick up by 8:00pm. Driver did not show up until 10:30 pm. The delivery was not much better.
Was told by rep car would be picked up on Wednesday Then on Wednesday when called to move pickup to Thursday was told it hadn’t been scheduled yet and could take business days to locate a driver. Rep spoke with originally to schedule was very deceitful
Lacking updates
The shipment is taking way too long - they said 1-5 busiiness days and I'm on day 6. Still waiting and frustrated.
I have been asked and implemented the same information multiple times. I've received non stop emails and voicemails for things you already know. When i finally called in after live chats and self service didn't work, the person was confused and kept transposing infromation. then used the wrong addresss for the credit card which led to 5 more confusing emails and me having to do my payment online again.
i will add a review at finish. so far good
Very disappointed in the customer service at no way. We're not able to arrange a pick up during my pick up window. Pickup is finally arranged. I was asked to pay $80 extra above the agreed-upon price.
I got three different quotes trying to get one. The live agent gave me one with a different price than the email quote I got and then there was a discounted quote. The live agent told me his quote was the right one, tho it was the highest (same company)
The verification populated the April 22nd date not me. Now Im paying additional $200 for a guaranteed pickup. This is $600 more than I paid just 4 months ago.
