My pickup is supposed to be guaranteed for Tuesday the 29th of April but the wording says 29th or after. I paid extra for a guarantee on the 29th.
Sales was smooth. Follow-up with customer service not so good. So far a 1 hour wait and no one has answered
poor communication
Communication is not great. I have waited long times to talk to someone and got hung up on numerous times.
I had used Montway several times and the service was fine. The last 2 or 3 have been very slow to be picked up and delivered. From the outside looking in it's as if they fell through the cracks. It has been very difficult to reach your agent for follow up. Calls ignored, messages not returned. I asked for a set of pricing parameters so I could estimate shipping charges and the quotes are considerably higher than the estimates. ridiculous telephone hold time, get more people!!!!!!!!
Pickup was 4/22-4/28. Now its May 1-7. I hired to pickup on those days. Its your problem to deal with if the ship cant load sooner. You need to have a solution to store my vehicle before it ships
Still have not been assigned a carrier, despite me having to turn down multiple folks during the quoting process before the details were finalized
It felt like pulling teeth trying to get the best price. I started with a discount code that was taken away to then talk to about 3 people to finally get the original price I wanted/received. It’s a couple of days out and I still don’t have a confirmed driver. I used the company before and it was much smoother. I had reached out to other companies that had a driver ready and I regret my choice as of right now. I wouldn’t use this company again when needing auto transport.
