Asof this correspondence my motorcycle has not been picked up. After 3 weeks of the initial booking I finally reached an agent supervisor who informed me that no driver had been assigned to.my pickup because there weren't enough stops for the company to come to me. Since then I personally have moved my motorcycle to a more populated area and since nothing. At this point I just want my gard earned money back asap!!!!
Two drivers canceled, and the 3rd guy spoke ZERO English. Frustrating to say the least
I had initial trouble as the transaction got declined. Tried again and I got a message that it was a duplicate transaction. Called Antonio who also tried to put in the credit card info but it did not work. I called my bank and the issue got resolved.
Things started out well when I received what seemed to be a pretty reasonable quote. Then things went downhill rapidly. I had given precise instructions on what week and what time of day the car could be picked up, from a well known antique car mall. Despite that, they scheduled a pickup a week earlier. I protested and they cancelled that, but rescheduled for a day later, still far too soon. Terrible customer service, price gouging, miss leading marketing! With never use you again just horrible!!
