It would be nice to get a specific date and time frame of when to expect my delivery so i can assure someones home also i thought it was available for same day when the form says when would you like your vehicle delivered it should only offer days with openings or i would have looked elsewhere instead of waiting i dont know however many days
I TRIED TO USE MY MOTHER'S CREDIT CARD SINCE IT IS HER CAR WE WERE TRANSPORTING.. I GOT AT LEAST 5 PHONE CALLS AND SEVERAL MESSAGES AFTER I BOOKED WANTING HER PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL.. WHICH IS THE SAME AS MINE SINCE SHE IS 92 YEARS OLD. I PROVIDED THE INFORMATION AT LEAST 4 TIMES TO 4 DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND THEY KEPT CALLING WANTING IT AGAIN AND AGAIN... I asked for the contract I signed to be sent to me. I gave them the number of the contract and I got non responsive answers on the chat. Going in circles to no avail.
Disgusted with the entire proceedings! The booking agent was notified repeatedly that there would be a 2 day window when I would be away, but in reality, it should not have been an issue since it was over 2 weeks later, and the shipment should have been completed by then! Mistake #1!! On the evening before I had to be away, I was called by the shippers and notified they would be arriving before 6.00pm. Booked for 2/9 until 2/12 on January 22nd. On the 9th, no one could get a hold of the driver until 5pm, after calling several times, they agreed to pick up Monday the 12th, when I called Montway, they did not honor the pick up that was agreed to on Friday but assigned someone for the 14th... He came at 8pm and picked up the car about 1.2 miles away from my residence, so I had to walk back to my apartment after pick up (not ideal) the car was not delivered until 19th, totaling 5 days. I have already replied to a survey.I am most disappointed in the service.When car was picked up in Charlotte I was told it would be in Seattle in 3 days.It eventually showed up 5 days later (2 days can be accounted for as a result of icy roads)This resulted in 5 days of hotel bills.When the $1550 was paid I could not get a receipt.I phoned and emailed Trucks4money with no result and Montway could not help leaving me $1550 out of pocket.
