Your agent took my information incorrectly whn placing my order. To have someone call me days later and say that "you must have made a typo" meaning me, is absurdly bad customer service. Furthermore, why don't your confirmations show the exact pickup and deliver addresses?
I was told my car would be picked up last Friday. No one called the dealership where my car was to tell them when the driver might arrive. I had to call Montway to find out what was going on. I was given the name of different driver than I was first told. Later I was told my pick up had been canceled.
Language barriers in understanding questions. Called for info for contact between land and sea portions and unable to get a contact. I added Montway and their contact #. I also noted Matson as they are doing the land portion from Long Beach to HI. Everything is always rushed and PAY ME. No customer service.
Driver could not speak English! He was late twice on time he stated. Got here at 10 pm and drove in my driveway with an overlength truck in a snow storm (extended cab 2 wheel drive) and trailer that he could not turn around without ruining my lawn. I now have huge ruts in my lawn!!! Montway needs to do a better job checking out their haulers!!!
Car was supposed to be delivered on a Monday but was finally delivered on Friday.Part of delay was due to delay caused by road conditions but driver was going to drop car off in Montana!!!My wife who is 87 missed her doctors appt in Canada and I incurred 4 days of hotel bills with very little response from senior mgment Not impressed and I cannot recommend this service to anyone.
Transport company lacks communication skills. Third rate carriers!! Delivered vehicle at midnight

I contacted Montway a month ago to arrange vehicle transportation. As of today, three days into the pick-up window, I have yet to be assigned a carrier. There has been no communication regarding progress, and my emails remain unanswered. This lack of response and service is causing a delay in my travel plans, and I am dissatisfied with the assistance provided. It's imperative that Montway addresses this issue promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold their service standards.
Unable to get the enclosed transport we wanted. Transport pickup was good. Delivery was very stressful. The car arrived at business location that was a body shop/vehicle repair shop and stayed there for 24 hours without communication from driver. We were very concerned that something underhanded was happening with our vehicle and calls/chats with Montway did not alleviate those fears.
