Getting correct zipcodes entered is not easy
Honestly the only thing I can say that went right was that my car actually got to where it needed to be. Booking was easy, yes, of course because why wouldn't the company be quick and easy about booking & making thousands. After that, there was zero communication about anything whatsoever. I had to call four separate times to find out when my car would be picked up. First time I called was the date of the first available pick up date. Payment system would not accept my MasterCard debit card. Had to switch payment methods and then your system said the PayPal payment failed, but then I got notified of a charge from your company
The transport has not happened yet on the date I received this survey. The survey was received January 22, 2022, but the transport does not happen until February 24 or 25, 2022, so it is WAY TOO SOON to give a complete/accurate rating. You might want to defer soliciting this type of rating until the entire process has been completed, sometime in March 2022 after the vehicle has been delivered at the destination.
I really did not want to do this survey, I can tell you that.
