Very very unreliable. It’s ridiculous you can’t deliver my vehicle and I was asked for more money to attempt a 2nd delivery with another driver. This has been a poor experience.

My credit card info is wrong and it is impossible to get someone to help
Rep. could not tell me what would be charged as a deposit and how much cash I would need for the driver upon delivery. Cash? Really? Considerable price increase to pay all on credit card.
We agreed to pay by cash once the trunk delivers our car and you would not charge my credit card yet you did!! We felt bad about that and the expected pickup date is 3/26 yet the pickup contact person has not yet receive any call from you. It is 3/25 already.
I am still not very clear about pick up and delivery dates. I need more precise information
I am getting calls from someone who says there is no shipping information, but when I call it they say it is all there. Now I get an email for my credit card info…again.
