I spoke to someone on Sat and made my reservations. Yet I’m still receiving text msgs about booking. Am I not booked then?
Did not follow my directions about pick up contacts. Told you before booking these folks were very limited to Times of pickup due to age and health conditions. These were no5 taken into consideration at all. Will never use Montway again!

People confirming the order were loss Didn’t have all the information then only one car. It was 3 a mess. I don’t know if the order is confirmed. I got emails that the 2 orders are pending confirmation from me. When I spent 1 hour on the phone with them
Very confusing steps. Don't feel like I have one direct contact for help along the way. No updates.
Person on the phone was terrible, slow and i could brealy understand him. Found myself repeating myself a lot which is frustrating.
