The Sales Rep. assigned to help me was curt, inpatient, and at times very condescending over the phone. In choosing Montway, I was making a careful, hopefully non-regrettable decision, which obviously involves the precious cargo of my car, as well as a sizable shipping fee. I have not heard one single thing from your company regarding pickup schedule and even though I have spoken with a representative two time the site still asks me to confirm my order by speaking to a representative.
Paid extra for top lading my convertible but they still put it on the bottom. I've had a previous issue where a top was ruined, I expect the same this time now and you will be paying for it.
Spoke to two people on the phone both were super hard to understand and talked over you, lot's of background noise, definitely reading a script and not listening to the person actually respond. I was going to fill out the email that was sent but you didn't give me enough time to do so. I am shipping a motorcycle and the portal constantly talks about cars. My model of the motorcycle was also not properly updated as the options were not prepopulated.
