I ordered the MaxSeal Wall Mount Pet Door - with Dual Flap to prevent rain from getting in earlier this summer. I've been very happy with it except the outside flap wasn't staying closed because one of the cylindrical magnets came loose from it's aluminum carrier. I called Moore Pet Supplies today and without a wait, on a Saturday, without hassle, I am getting a replacement magnet carrier shipped out on Monday. We have had the Max Seal Security door with the double flaps for about 15 years now and love it. I just placed an order to replace the flaps, this was only the second time since we purchased the product. Best investment we have ever made for our pets.
Received my MaxSeal pet door for thru the wall application, I ordered it on the 21st and received it on the 24th, very well packaged with absolutely no damage. The pet door it's self is built heavy duty and made to last. I also purchased the heavy duty magnets, as the predominate wind will be directly into it, but now I'm not sure I will need them, due to the high quality of the door already, time will tell, but for know I'm not going to install them.
