I placed an order on October 30th for replacement flaps. Chatted with someone on Monday and was told I would probably get my flaps on Thursday. Well I still don't have them. Chatted again and got the Fed X tracking number...it just shipped on 11/07!!! If I had gone with another company my dog door would already be working correctly! Grrrrr.......will not get any more of my business!
Am sad to say the customer service for what turned out to be two purchases has been my worst to date. Bottom line is no one seemed to care about whether my door fit or not. Waited for return calls that never came. Sent pictures to no avail. Second door was still way off in terms of fit. On top of it all, I repackaged the first door exactly as it came and sent it back UPS--my responsibility--at $70.00 and was told I would only get 2/3 of the price because there was some damage.
