I love my sliding glass door pet door. It was super easy to install and it looks really beautiful. I was worried as I bought it online and you never know what the actual product will look like. It does not spoil the view out my door and it looks very classy. My cat used it immediately but he, being himself, is annoyed at having to push his face against anything. He does use it though. Better delivery. We ordered supplies from Moore Pet Supplies on July 14, 2019 and paid for 2 day air. It is now July 25 2019 and haven't received our product. After several attempts to contact Moore Pet Supplies (without luck). We are no longer needing the product. Very poor and wouldn't recommend.
