We ordered the door suggested costing 560 dollars on May 14th. We returned it June 14th 30 days after purchased. Their website states that we are eligible for a full refund minus the shipping costs if returned within 30 days. We shipped it day 30. Their recommended installer came out to install, opened the box and told us this would not work despite what we were told and that "they were crazy to sell this for our needs" Then we were disappointed and devastated we could not have it in our home so we sadly returned it. **ATTENTION** - BUYERS BEWARE!! Terrible Experience - I purchased a Security Boss Standard Large dog door from Moore Pet Supplies. I admit that I should have measured but based off of the guide and my dog's breed, provided by the website, the company recommended a large door. The door itself was $205, plus shipping and tax, my total came out to be around $250 We received the door in 4 days but when we opened it up, we realized it was too large. Ordered a pet gate for $185. I was not impressed with the quality. When I called in, they notified me of a 20% restocking fee and I have to pay for return shipping. At that point I might as well keep it. I would never recommend ordering anything from this company.

While on the clock, your employee is posting transgender hatred on Facebook. What kind of a company allows this sort of hatred to represent them. You've lost my business. Ben Stetzer you're a horrible person.

My door did not fit correctly, I followed their return policy to the letter!!! They claimed it was damaged(No Proof) and denied it. UPS Nor Moore Pet Supplies will return my money $420 for a single mother is a lot of money!!!! Not to mention I am out the $80 in shipping between buying it and returning it!

Good afternoon Ms. Meegan, we would love to handle the damage claim on your behalf, but the shipper is always responsible for filing for damage claim. This is not our policy, this is universal for FedEx, UPS and USPS. We cannot file for a damage claim on your behalf if you shipped it, we can only file for a damage claim if we shipped it to you (again the shipped is responsible). Screwed up order, did not have indicated stock, screwed up a credit card transaction, had to spend lots of time on the phone with our bank to figure it out, only to find out it was Moore Pet that screwed up!!! Customer service was rude! Terrible company to work with!!!!!! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. There are much better companies to work with!!!

The original $300+ transaction was voided immediately, because of the stock shortage, and a smaller amount was authorized to ship the 1 we had in stock, per your request. These transactions typically settle the same day (both of these transactions were submitted the same day), or within 24 hours, depending on who finances the debit/credit card. Ordered emplacement flaps for a door which the flaps were close to needing replacement and did not need it in time and found out the flaps were the wrong size and could not return them because it was over 60 days. They were still untouched. 2 points, first the flaps have to be replaced once a year @$126 and Moore Pet is not willing to provide fair customer service and work with customers, they choose to stand behind a policy. Check around before you buy.. Maxseal is not as tough as they lead you to believe.
