I went in to purchase a storage, came out and felt like family. Miss Jennifer and Miss Netta, what a class act. Professionally, the process was easy as 123 to get what was needed. The property manager of Morningstar Storage, Jennifer Thomas, is an absolute pleasure to work with! I was in the process of downsizing one of my storage units. She went above and beyond to help me select the appropriate size, get me rekeyed with their new safety locks, and facilitate the transfer. Everything went so smoothly, it was like working with a member of my family. I would highly recommend utilizing the services of Morningstar for your climate controlled storage needs!

I have been renting an unit for about 4 months. Both ladies at the front desk are exceptional! Always supportive, helpful and friendly. They will always run the extra mile for you. The facility is safe, clean and easy access. 100% recommended.

Aquanetta is a star! It was my first time trying the storage and had many questions.
