I was nervous about leaving my stuff in storage and being states away. I was thoroughly informed of the security here on the premises. I was also unable to move on my original requested date due to weather. They were more than happy to help me. Ashanti and Deja have made this experience flow like water. We kept in constant communication and were able to keep this moving. Their welcoming presence sold me and I highly recommend this location.

I’ve had my storage unit at the Eldridge location for many years and when the new owner bought this storage I was concerned that I wouldn’t get the personalized service I had become accustomed too. Also if the property would be kept clear and feel safe as I always had. To my surprise it was managed better and I was very pleased. Ashanti is such a lovely young lady. I had been shopping around for storage that was easily accessible for my grandmother and she took the time to personally walk us to the unit we signed for as well as explain all the details of how to get in and out of the facility with the upmost patience. Anytime my grandmother calls to make her payment she loves speaking with Ashanti. Such a wonderful facility!
