I rented a space at Morningstar Storage - Eldridge and was assisted by Ms. Netta, who was very kind and clearly answered my questions about the characteristics of the storage units. She offered me the best option to my needs. In addition, she explained perfectly the conditions to be able to get the most out of their service.

I have been renting an unit for about 4 months. Both ladies at the front desk are exceptional! Always supportive, helpful and friendly. They will always run the extra mile for you. The facility is safe, clean and easy access. 100% recommended.

Aquanetta is a star! It was my first time trying the storage and had many questions. She made sure I understood how the storage system works, answered all my questions and walked me all the way to the storage room. She was so committed to great service and was friendly! She is really good at focusing on what customers need and require! It was truly a wonderful experience getting her guidance

As long as there's a Morningstar Storage nearby, they are the only big name that I feel comfortable using for my storage needs. It's because they understand our needs as renters and provide them, such as 24/7 access, use of moving truck, specialized security locks, as well as moving supplies. Not to mention the clean and prestine facilities and the kind and dedicated staff. I think you get the points by now!! Love Morningstar Storage, especially the Eldridge location in Houston Texas!!!
