I have been renting an unit for about 4 months. Both ladies at the front desk are exceptional! Always supportive, helpful and friendly. They will always run the extra mile for you. The facility is safe, clean and easy access. 100% recommended.

Aquanetta is a star! It was my first time trying the storage and had many questions. She made sure I understood how the storage system works, answered all my questions and walked me all the way to the storage room. She was so committed to great service and was friendly! As long as there's a Morningstar Storage nearby, they are the only big name that I feel comfortable using for my storage needs. It's because they understand our needs as renters and provide them, such as 24/7 access, use of moving truck, specialized security locks, as well as moving supplies. Not to mention the clean and prestine facilities and the kind and dedicated staff. I think you get the points by now!! Love Morningstar Storage, especially the Eldridge location in Houston Texas!!!
Aquanetta has the best customer service just got a unit she walk me through everything assisted me with gate code as well as elevator and unit excellent service highly recommend this facility thank you
This facility is one of the best maintained, safest, and most easily accessed during inclement weather of any storage location I’ve used in more than a decade. You get what you pay for and Morningstar is worth every dollar.
