This has to be my absolute favorite storage facility. It is extremely clean. I feel that my belongings are safe and protected here. The property manager Jennifer Thomas is very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and also personable. I’ve rented storage units before with different companies in the past and the staff is always rude and/or unavailable. Jennifer and her staff at Morning Star Storage are amazing. Everyone is professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. The are no hidden fees or additional prices. The price I was quoted is what I pay monthly. The storage units are extremely clean. The entire storage facility is clean and well lit. There are cameras everywhere which gives me a great sense of security. Today I stopped by to pay my rental fee. I went to my car to access my unit. The property manager of Morningstar Storage, Jennifer Thomas, is an absolute pleasure to work with! I was in the process of downsizing one of my storage units. She went above and beyond to help me select the appropriate size, get me rekeyed with their new safety locks, and facilitate the transfer. Everything went so smoothly, it was like working with a member of my family. I would highly recommend utilizing the services of Morningstar for your climate controlled storage needs!
