Aquanetta has the best customer service just got a unit she walk me through everything assisted me with gate code as well as elevator and unit excellent service highly recommend this facility thank you

This facility is one of the best maintained, safest, and most easily accessed during inclement weather of any storage location I’ve used in more than a decade. You get what you pay for and Morningstar is worth every dollar.

I have wine lockers at this location, and every thing is great and meets the high standards of many dedicated wine storage locations, with a much better price. The new management is very focused on customer issues and concerns. Every email or communication that have are answered professionally. Anyone who need to lay down some wine for a few years should give this location consideration!

We had a very positive experience with making the arrangements through Jennifer at Eldridge. The process was simple and the transaction was handled very professionally. The facility was "squeaky clean" and secure. We are impressed that our storage here will fully meet our needs.

This location has recently changed to Morningstar and I couldn't be happier! New carts, cleaner environment, upgraded security, and they have gone out of their way to accept deliveries for me when I have been stuck out of town on a couple of occasions putting my mind at ease. Great upgrades and even greater staff. This is a 5 Star customer service location!!!
