Ashanti is such a lovely young lady. I had been shopping around for storage that was easily accessible for my grandmother and she took the time to personally walk us to the unit we signed for as well as explain all the details of how to get in and out of the facility with the upmost patience. Anytime my grandmother calls to make her payment she loves speaking with Ashanti. Such a wonderful facility!
I had to help my little sister find a storage unit due to a family emergency and Ashanti directed me to one immediately and answered all our questions! Thank y'all so much for your kindness and for helping us in a timely manner, and thank you to Ashanti for being so sweet and understanding ♥
