I went here looking to trade my Kia sorento in 2022.. I talked to Sejdi a salesman.. told him I wanted a jeep, or pickup, or anything that catches my eye possibly.. he said he would see what he could do because I did have some negative equity on the Kia.. he calls back offering a 2021 Chevy equinox. Had a terrible experience at this dealership when buying a new Tahoe and will not do business here again. Found staff to be unprofessional and dishonest. Rushed us through the paperwork and tricked us into signing away our trade-in for next to nothing.

Don't do business with them. This is why: they weren't prepared when I arrived even with a 4.5 hrs notice. I had to wait over 2 hours to get processed. Then after going through all the paperwork they discovered they made a mistake and would have to mail me all the paperwork to be signed again. They owed me floor mats for my car, I had to keep calling to get them sent. Took over 2 weeks. Just kept getting the run-around. Horrible experience. Drove 90 mins to get jerked around. Imagine letting a customer, who already agreed to pay MSRP, walk over a few $1000.. Would not consider doing business with this dealer again.
I highly suggest going ANYWHERE but Chevy Morristown for your new(er) car needs. Definitely steer clear of a salesperson named Sejdi Oruglica, as he is who I dealt with and my whole experience was a nightmare. When we first started communicating, he was kind and accommodating, offering to do all the preliminary work over the phone.
